This was a creation I had made around the end of June in 2021. It has been almost a year since I've posted or done anything with Project Bloom due to me being very busy with school after and during the summer. However, back when I had made it, it was one of the kits I had been looking forward to put together because it was the first time someone had reached out for me to do something with my project. Sadly, I wasn't able to meet them in person or talk about the event with them, so I didn't have enough materials to create a drop off place post.
Lisa, the Special Events Coordinator for the City of Westminster had asked if I could create some kits to help celebrate Canada day, and I was very excited to do that. Through planning this event, I was able to organize and plan out the kits details with Lisa and Danell. For the theme, they wanted it to fit into a multicultural event to have some variety. Most of these kits would be going towards seniors and adults for them to put together.
Thankfully because of this demographic, I was able to not limit myself as much with finding an easy design. Sadly, due to school recently finishing up during that time, I had very little time to edit my video and put together instructions. Because of this, the uploaded youtube video had to be changed, and be linked to a newer edited version. I also sadly had to delay the pick up. But considering how much I had to complete, I was very happy with the end result :).
